      Yes, we highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time, especially for weekends and peak seasons. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
       

    3. What payment methods do you accept?
      We accept cash, EFTPOS, and credit cards at our salon.
       

    4. What is your cancellation policy?
      We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.

      • BIAB / Builder Gel – A strengthening overlay that helps natural nails grow stronger.

    2. Which nail service is best for weak or brittle nails?
      If you have weak nails, we recommend BIAB / Builder Gel as it strengthens natural nails while allowing them to grow without breaking.
       

    3. How long do different nail treatments last?

      • BIAB / Builder Gel – 3-4 weeks

      • Gel-X Extensions – 2-3 weeks

      • Acrylic Nails – 3-4 weeks with proper maintenance

      • SNS / Dipping Powder – 3-4 weeks

      No, we advise against using mascara as it can weaken the adhesive and cause premature fallout.
       

    4. What is brow lamination?
      Brow lamination is a treatment that restructures brow hairs to create a fuller, fluffy, and well-groomed look. It lasts 4-6 weeks and works best for those with unruly or thin brows.
       

    5. How long do brow tinting and shaping last?

      • Brow tinting lasts 2-4 weeks.

      • Brow shaping (waxing/threading) lasts 3-6 weeks, depending on hair growth.

    1. How should I prepare for my appointment?

      • Arrive with clean, polish-free nails if booking a manicure.

      • For lash and brow treatments, come without eye makeup for the best results.

      • If booking a removal service, please let us know in advance so we can allow enough time.
         

    2. How do I take care of my nails after my appointment?

      • Avoid excessive water exposure (long hot showers, swimming) for the first 24 hours.

      • Apply cuticle oil daily to keep nails hydrated.

      • Use gloves when doing household chores to prevent lifting or chipping.
         

    3. How do I maintain my lash extensions?

      • Avoid getting lashes wet for 24 hours after application.
