Welcome to Trending Nails and Beauty!
We are committed to providing you with exceptional service in a clean, relaxing, and professional environment. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients and staff, please review and adhere to the following policies.
Appointments

Appointments can be booked online, over the phone, or in person. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, depending on availability.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost or require a deposit for future bookings.

Repeated no-shows (2 or more within a 6-month period) may result in a non-refundable deposit being required for all future appointments.
Payment

We accept cash, EFTPOS, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Tips are not included in the service price and are appreciated but not required.
Service Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you're not happy with your service (e.g., chipped polish or uneven application), please contact us within 3 days of your appointment.

We will schedule a complimentary fix if the issue is due to our work and not from external damage.
Health & Safety

For everyone’s safety, we follow strict sanitation standards. All tools are sterilized between clients, and disposable items are used where applicable.

Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, pregnancy) before your service begins so we can tailor your experience.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a client appears to have a contagious condition (e.g., fungal infections, open wounds).
Customer Conduct

We strive to create a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. Please keep noise levels low (e.g., no speakerphone calls) and supervise children if they accompany you.

Abusive or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
Refunds & Exchanges

Services are non-refundable once completed. If you’re dissatisfied, please speak with us—we want to make it right (see Service Guarantee).

Retail products (e.g., lotions, cuticle oils, nail polish) may be returned or exchanged within 7 days with a receipt, provided they are unopened and unused.
Special Requests

Please inform us in advance if you have specific design requests or need extra time for your appointment.

Additional charges may apply for intricate nail art, custom designs, or add-on services.
